Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to keep you posted, and nothing more.

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Your WhatsApp number and the piece you're most interested in, only if you give them.
• Basic information about your device and browser, and the pages you visit, through cookies and analytics.

We use your information for a few clear reasons:

• To tell you when ruba. opens, and to give you early access.
• To message you on WhatsApp, only if you ticked that box.
• To understand how the site is used, and make it better.
• To keep out spam and abuse.

We use cookies and tools from Meta and Google to understand visits to the site and to show relevant ads on their platforms.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the site and send our messages, and where the law requires it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and only the people who need it to run ruba. can see it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't promise it is.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us at hello@rubaactive.com. We'll reply as soon as we can.

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.

We may update this page as ruba. grows. When we change something that matters, we'll say so here, with the date.
